The Master Cleanse aka the Maple Syrup Diet or The Lemonade Diet is a day that claims to get rid of toxins. Supplements guru Stanley Burroughs developed the Master Cleanse that he published in his book The Master Cleanser. Measuring out 1 Liter at a time would be easier to find a cup that holds 2 liters of water can be tight.
