Yes, the Palumbo diet is much like biking, except perhaps more so. In case you’ve ever seen any images of Dave Palumbo, then you will realize it seems to work for him. He’s a bodybuilder after all, also has won several contests in his career that undoubtedly does prove his methods, Lots of other contractors have taken up his diet and employed it with excellent success as well.
